Warehouse Coordinator
About the role
Rotork Controls (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team based in the North-East region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the efficient operations of our warehouse and distribution centre.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing stock control measures
- Unload and load trucks, check deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch, requiring physical fitness to perform the role.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe by removing hazards and maintaining compliance standards.
- Organise shelves and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Manage receiving and dispatching activities efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping and distribution to meet customer delivery timelines
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics coordinator role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Familiarity with warehousing best practices and relevant regulations
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
