Senior Finance Manager, Singapore Headquartered Company in Consumer Services Sector

Our client, a high-growth Singapore headquartered company in Consumer Services sector, is seeking a seasoned and commercially astute Senior Finance Manager to support the next phase of its expansion. Reporting to senior leadership, this role has end-to-end responsibility for the finance function, covering financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
You will ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information, while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements. The role will play a key part in strengthening financial discipline and supporting the organisation’s scale-up journey.
A significant portion of the role involves leading audit, tax and regulatory processes, including close engagement with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and regulators. You will be responsible for managing regulatory reporting obligations and supporting compliance requirements.
In parallel, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis, scenario modelling and performance insights to support strategic planning, capital management and informed decision-making at the leadership level. As a trusted business partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
You will contribute to strategic initiatives, new product or market considerations and operational decision-making, balancing commercial objectives with risk management and governance considerations. In this role, you will also lead and develop a finance team, providing mentorship, structure and clear direction while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.
Beyond people leadership, the role carries a strong mandate to drive process improvements, automation and digital transformation initiatives. This includes enhancing finance systems, streamlining workflows and improving reporting capabilities to support scalability, efficiency and control.
The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Accountancy or Finance and is a qualified CPA or CA, with at least 12 years of progressive finance experience. You should be comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
