about the job- Evaluate, optimize, and future-proof our retail tech ecosystem, ensuring that Microsoft 365 (M365) environments, secure network architectures, and cloud infrastructures run flawlessly across both our corporate offices and multi-site storefronts.
- Design the workflows, manage vendor service agreements, and act as the definitive engineering safety net for complex, high-tier outlet queries or POS/ERP system anomalies.
- Lead, guide, and upskill a lean, multi-generational local IT team. Focus will be on building a culture of responsive execution, strategic planning, and clear performance standards as we transition into a more corporate structure.
- Align local operations with robust corporate MNC benchmarks, owning the region's IT policy frameworks, risk monitoring, and data compliance standards (such as Singapore PDPA).
- True to our progressive management shift, you will pragmatically seek out, pilot, and deploy smart digital solutions, streamlined workflows, or practical automation tools to enhance overall productivity and team efficiency across our business units.
skills and experience required
At least 5 years of broad IT experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or senior-level capacity. Exposure to fast-paced retail,FMCG
, F&B multi-branch environments will give you a massive head start.
Strong hands-on background in Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, cloud platform capabilities, and secure network infrastructure. Experience handling modern Koomi POS frameworks is an absolute gamechanger.
