Geylang - Associate Client Relationship Manager

Your role :

Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships? Do you have innovative ideas to help us maintain and expand our client mandates?

We’re looking for a client relationship manager to:

• manage our client relationship with GWM in Singapore, with various product specialists across the different market segments
• identify new product and sales initiatives
• provide high standard sales pitch and after sales services to GWM, and also their clients where needed.
• work closely and maintain good relations with internal teams within AM
• support the client relationship and business development activities of UBS Asset Management and facilitate the expansion of existing business with UBS GWM
• deliver on client reporting requirements and market information, manage client presentations, inquiries and requests

You’ll be working in the GWM Client Coverage team in Singapore. We’re a dedicated team with an open corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages proactive input and feedback. As a client relationship manager, you’ll contribute toward delivering a consistent client experience, providing a seamless integration of solutions.

Your expertise :

• ideally 4-5 years’ experience in asset management or related field
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a focus on finance
• client-minded, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• good understanding of investment products and market knowledge in asset management
• outgoing personality and strong team player
• strong sense of integrity with a keen understanding of how to build relationships
• proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools
