✔ At least 2 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance
✔ Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & repairs
Working days: Mon–Fri Office hours, Alt Sat half day
Job Scope:
- Perform routine checks on electrical, A/C, plumbing & building systems
- Support minor repair works (plumbing, sanitary, basic electrical)
- Supervise servicing works by external contractors
- Ensure AHU & switch rooms are kept clean and in good condition
- Assist with fault finding and ad hoc building maintenanc
Requirements:
✔ Min. NITEC in Electrical, Building Services or related field✔ At least 2 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance
✔ Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & repairs
✔ Physically fit and , willing to respond and travel to urgent maintenance needs
