AnyMind Group is on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and passionate Senior/Business Development Executive, Publisher Growth to join our publisher growth team in the Singapore office. This high-impact role will allow you to shape and implement strategic business initiatives aimed at driving growth, acquiring new publishers, and building strong networks by leveraging AnyMind’s specialized knowledge and solutions in ad-tech.
What You'll Do- Drive revenue growth by crafting and implementing dynamic sales strategies to expand the publisher network and exceed performance goals. Spearhead new business development through proactive prospecting and closing high-value partnerships, delivering compelling, customized sales pitches that convert prospects into long-term collaborators.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for clients, providing strategic insights and tailored solutions that align with their goals while seamlessly onboarding new publishers to the AnyManager platform. Aggressively manage and expand your portfolio of partners to consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Leverage analytics to identify revenue optimization opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations that elevate client monetization strategies and unlock untapped potential. Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with publishers, serving as the main liaison to ensure seamless integration of marketing solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present strategic insights to the Senior Manager, Publisher Growth, highlighting wins, challenges, and actionable opportunities to accelerate business expansion. Report directly to the Senior Manager and collaborate closely to align sales initiatives with overarching growth objectives.
Key Sales Metrics & Outcomes:
- Consistently exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Expand high-margin partnerships through consultative selling.
- Drive client retention and upsell opportunities via proactive relationship management.
- Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies for clients and internal stakeholders.
- More than 1 year of hands-on experience in AdTech, programmatic ecosystems, or digital publishing, with a dual focus on sales leadership and strategic account management.
- Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, header bidding, and ad exchange.
- Proven experience in track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver outstanding client service
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of various programmatic ads format and tools, targeting options for demand and supply sides, and campaign optimization techniques
Salary commensurate with experience, candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Executive position.
