Admin Assistant

We are a Church Kindergarten in the East looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of an Admin Assistant.

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for the kindergarten, including data update, collation and compilation of invoices, new student registrations etc.

Job requirements
  1. Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills;
  2. Positive attitude, team player and willing to learn new things;
  3. Able to multi-task and work independently;
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel with some accounting knowledge; and
  5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents.
