About the Role
We are looking for driven and entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing Financial Advisory team. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates/new entrants as well as experienced financial advisors who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through protection, wealth accumulation, and financial planning solutions.
Successful candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and career development support, with opportunities to qualify for overseas conventions and leadership progression.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic financial planning and advisory services to clients.
- Promote insurance and wealth solutions including protection, medical, savings, and investment-linked products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through quality servicing and regular reviews.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, and personal branding activities.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve production targets.
- Participate in regular trainings, business reviews, and team development sessions.
- Stay updated with market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to grow personal production and career progression.
Career & Compensation Structure
New Joiners / Entry-Level Advisors (0–2 Years Experience)- Eligible for Pro Scheme with up to additional commission support.
- Low sales target threshold starts from SGD1,000.
- Sign-on support provided upon passing required examinations and joining the organization (no bond attached).
- Exam costs are fully sponsored from Day 1.
- Structured onboarding and mentorship support provided throughout the first 2 years.
- Eligible for Development Program, getting extra of monthly commissions.
- Qualification condition: minimum 2 submitted cases per month.
- Attractive sign-on packages available for strong performers with proven track records over the past 2 years.
- Opportunity to qualify for regional and international conventions.
- Monthly team meetings and structured training sessions conducted regularly.
- Additional coaching and development support provided by different business units and leaders.
- Social media and marketing support available within the agency environment to assist with lead generation activities.

- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of financial advisory experience.
- Experienced advisors with strong production track records are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese to support a diverse client base.
- Comfortable working in a full-time commission-based environment.
- Candidates must be willing to complete the required licensing examinations (sponsored by company).
