Corporate Finance/ Energy/ Financial Modeling (REF:TYL) - Bedok

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end corporate and project financing processes, including structuring solutions, selecting financing channels, preparing documentation, and executing transactions.
2. Independently perform financial modeling, prepare financing proposals, and conduct risk assessments to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.
3. Maintain and expand partnerships with banks, trusts, securities firms, and other financial institutions; participate in negotiations and agreement signings.
4. Support pre-IPO financial preparation, coordinating with intermediaries for application submissions and documentation management.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant financing experience, preferably in banking, investment banking, or the financing department of large enterprises.
• Strong financial analysis and capital operation skills; able to independently design and execute financing plans; familiar with financing processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
