About Company
Our client is a leading organization in Singapore, involved in high-impact projects across technology, infrastructure, and security. They are expanding their talent function and are seeking a Talent Development Lead to drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives and strengthen leadership pipelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Talent Management: Lead talent reviews, high-potential identification, and succession planning across the organization.
- Learning & Development: Conduct learning needs analysis and support development of organizational learning plan, including but not limited to leadership development and general management.
- Talent Strategy & Frameworks: Support the implementation of talent and learning strategies, including performance calibration, development frameworks, and tracking of KPIs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to roll out talent initiatives, manage programmes and ensure effective execution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning & development.
- Experience in online and offline learning programme design and talent initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
