Senior / Clerical Officer (Ticket Service Provider) - Admin Logistics

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Rotating shift (0700–1630 / 1300–2230), 5 days/week, including weekends & PH

Key Responsibilities:

Manage storage, inventory, and safekeeping of Spare Parts in storerooms
Perform daily sorting, picking, packing and physical checks of incoming/outgoing parts
Maintain accurate inventory records and MMS data input
Assist in documentation, housekeeping, stocktake, and asset labeling
Perform basic configuration of spare parts and support ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

ITE or Higher NITEC in Business Admin / Supply Chain or related field
Comfortable with shift work, including weekends & PH
Class 3 Driving License required
Familiar with MS Excel/Word; ERP knowledge (SAP, Maximo, Oracle) is a bonus

Senior / Technical Officer (Ticket Service Provider) - Technical/Engineering support

Location: Roving (Central Zones – Toa Payoh HQ)
Working Hours: Shift-based (0700–1630 / 1300–2230), 5 days/week including weekends & PH

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ticketing devices
Relocate and set up devices across stations and e-lobbies
Maintain lighting and equipment, ensure safe housekeeping at service centres
Support engineers/supervisors in repair, testing, and site works
Supervise contractors and coordinate part delivery from HQ

Requirements:

NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electronics / Electro-Mechatronics or related
Class 3 Driving License required
Strong troubleshooting skills in electro-mechanical systems preferred
Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
