Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Cleaning Industry) - Choa Chu Kang

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing key client relationships in the cleaning services sector. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing tailored service proposals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors (commercial buildings, industrial sites, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, facilities managers, and property owners
Prepare service quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations
Conduct site visits to assess cleaning requirements and develop customized service plans
Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
Lead and mentor junior sales executives, when applicable
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or related service industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Familiarity with local tendering processes and cleaning service standards in Singapore is a plus
Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred
