Our client are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our healthcare contact centre team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping them with appointment bookings, enquiries, and support via phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities- Handle patient and customer enquiries, appointment requests, and feedback through calls, emails, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Liaise with internal departments or external partners to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain service quality standards and comply with operational procedures.
- GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma and above.
- At least 1 year of customer service or call centre experience (healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong service mindset with good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
