Customer Service Executive (Up to $4000/Month| 1-Year Contract)

We’re hiring a Customer Service Executive to handle public enquiries across multiple channels and support service quality improvements.

- Nearest MRT: Little India/ Rochor
- Working Hours: Monday: 8.30am-5.30pm, Tuesdays-Friday: 8.30am-6.00pm
- Salary: Up to $4000/Month (Depending on experience)
- Start Date: July 2026
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels including counter, hotline, and email as the main point of contact.
- Review and analyse frequently asked questions data to support and improve the knowledge database and service quality.
- Conduct quality checks on AI-assisted responses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with approved information sources.
- Identify and classify suitable enquiries for integration into automated response systems to improve service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle public enquiries across multiple channels.
- Ability to analyse information and identify trends from FAQs or similar data sources.
- Attention to detail in reviewing responses for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and AI-assisted systems.
- Proactive mindset with interest in supporting process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage.
