Job Summary

We’re looking for bartenders who move fast, stay sharp, and deliver strong, genuine service in a high-energy dive bar setting focused on highballs, beer, and good music.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, highballs, beer, and spirits accurately to meet customer orders
• Manage busy service periods efficiently, maintaining speed and accuracy under pressure
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests and regular customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
• Perform opening and closing duties, including managing stock levels to ensure availability
• Collaborate closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Previous bartending or bar service experience
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and during high-volume shifts
• Communicate effectively and contribute positively within a team environment
• Maintain strong situational awareness and urgency behind the bar
• Exhibit a friendly personality, good music taste, and genuine hospitality
• Stay calm and composed during busy or stressful periods
