Responsibilities
- Center Management: Oversee daily operations and establish an efficient organizational structure for the center. Set strategic goals for coordinating and managing daily tasks across nursing, catering, marketing, sales, and management departments.
- Overseeing the center’s financial performance: Ensure the achievement of operating goals of center, promptly and fully meet revenue targets assigned by the board of directors.
- Resource Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with the hotel on relevant matters to advocate for the center's interests. Responsible for utilizing and establishing resources related to medical/postpartum rehabilitation plans in the region.
- Active Communication with Headquarters: Implement board resolutions and ensure the overall vision and mission of the headquarters are realized. Supervise and organize work implementation and inspections, performance evaluations, and develop center development plans, annual business plans, financial budget plans, profit distribution, and loss compensation plans.
- Brand Maintenance: Develop corporate culture and cohesion, enhance corporate visibility, establish good communication with customers, maintain a positive corporate brand image, and minimize customer complaints.
- Proactive Crisis Management: Address customer complaints in real-time, provide solutions to mitigate negative publicity.
- Strong Communication, Teamwork, and Training Experience: Manage and develop interpersonal relationship resources, able to adapt to the working pace of a startup company. Provide support to the team during store development period, ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Analyze staffing needs, respond promptly and effectively to recruitment requirements, and carry out specific implementation of store recruitment work. Assist new employees in quickly adapting to their roles and integrating into the company, providing ongoing training and empowerment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand the overall situation of the store, various price quotations, and service characteristics. Build, maintain, and expand the customer base, respond promptly to online inquiries, schedule center visits, and increase customer registration rates.
- Contract Handling and Financial Management: Handle customer contracts, collect advance payments and outstanding payments, collect, and refund deposits, and manage various customer-related documents and invoices until Sales join the team.
- Responsible for the Marketing and Promotion activities for the store.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with major in marketing, hotel management, or business management.
- Experience in luxury retail/luxury hospitality management preferred.
- Possess more than five years of management experience in hotel operation, sales, medical/medical aesthetics company, branded fast-moving consumer goods, or marketing operation. Prior experience in the maternity and infant industry or hotel operation is preferred.
- Possess excellent communication skill, teamwork spirit, and experience in team building and training. Good past sales records and able to manage and develop interpersonal resources. Could adapt to the pace of work in a start-up company.
- Experience in handling customer complaints is preferred.
