IPQC Assistant Engineer (ID: 674023) - Bukit Batok

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Assistant Engineer position.

Responsibilities:

• To improve in-process quality control and smooth introduction of New Product, and maintenance of sections' quality measurement tools & jigs.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Construct control chart and review control limit
• Control chart analysis
• Follow up improvement activities with relevant process PIC
• New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Process capability study and improvement activities
• Product appearance check and judgment
• Maintain accuracy of quality checker using MSA approach
• Maintenance of CIM applications
• Quality Yield Improvement
• Attend to Quality Issue
• Assist Engineer to work with relevant process PIC in Quality Yield improvement activities
• Quality Control System Set Up
• Assist Engineer to coordinate with relevant process PIC in setting up Quality Control requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation preferred)
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing sector
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work well in a team as well as being independent and proactive
• Positive attitude towards challenging manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computing knowledge
• Knowledge in MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Statistical software JMP, VBA (Visual Basic Application), or RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and webpage design will be an added advantage
• Open to work rotating shifts when needed as there is plan operate 24/7 when the production demand increases.
