Investment Analyst- Sustainability and ESG investing

You’ll combine rigorous financial analysis with ESG and impact frameworks to help shape responsible, long-term investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive financial and ESG-integrated analysis on companies, funds, or assets.
• Build and maintain valuation models, sustainability risk profiles, and scenario analyses.
• Support due diligence and investment committee materials.
• Track ESG KPIs and impact metrics aligned with frameworks like TCFD, SASB, SFDR, SDGs.
• Collaborate across investment, strategy, and sustainability teams.
• Contribute to internal research, thematic reports, and investor updates.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, impact investing, ESG research, or consulting.
• Solid skills in Excel, financial modeling, and ideally Power BI or Python.
• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks (PRI, TCFD, SFDR, GRESB, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for sustainable finance.
