- Salary: Up to $3,500/month + Shift Allowances
- Working Hours: 9AM - 9PM (12-hour shifts, 4 days/week, rostered)

- Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support semiconductor manufacturing equipment for wafer processing, inspection, and metrology
- Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting and recovery
- Execute process workflows and coordinate tool usage with internal stakeholders
- Collect, record, and analyse process and production data
- Perform wafer handling and transportation within cleanroom environments
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance, including chemical top-ups
- Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and cleanroom protocols
- Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, or cleanroom operations
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Familiar with wafer handling, logistics, and cleanroom safety practices
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts
