Our client, a globally respected Japanese manufacturer known for its world-class precision technology in IC test sockets and interface test tools, is trusted by top electronics companies worldwide. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to join their growing team in Singapore.

• Provide sales and technical assistance to customers in relation to the appropriate use of products to obtain the desired performance of the products.
• Provide maintenance of products and continuous observation of their performance.
• Assist the customer in case of setting up of products, including drawing simulation
• Assist the customer in case of operation
• Provide the customer with various advice or information at the request of the customer or reasonable discretion of the Service Engineer.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 level) to effectively communicate with English- and Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong interest in technical product development

• Prior experience working in a Japanese company or within a Japanese business environment
• Ability to commence work on short notice
