Podcast Producer (Remote, Full-time)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Podcast Producer to lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality podcast episodes. From concept to final edit, you will oversee the full process—ensuring each episode is engaging, polished, and aligned with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

Develop season plans, themes, and guest lineups.
Research and prepare guests with interview briefs.
Write episode outlines, scripts, and narrative flows.
Support live/virtual recordings to ensure smooth execution.

-Oversee post-production and provide editorial feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in podcast production and storytelling.

-Strong scripting, research, and narrative-building skills.

-Familiarity with audio editing and post-production workflows.

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary

Competitive range: SGD 3,800 to $4,500/month (commensurate with experience).
