Job Title: Logistics Supervisor (ID4730)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Monday - Sat (8.00am – 5.00pm)

Salary: $3000-$4000

Job Scope (Responsibilities):

Supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals
Plan, organize and execute daily delivery schedule to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery
Identify and resolving delivery issues
Responsible for driver feedback
Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Logistics Supervisor in leading a team for cold room warehouse (-18 degree C)
Must have Class 4 License
