Operations & Logistics Team Member - Toa Payoh
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Team Member to support the day-to-day functioning of our automated fresh-food kiosks. This role involves hands-on operational duties, logistics coordination, and administrative support to ensure efficient production, dispatch, and maintenance of our kiosks.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations
Support the setup and smooth running of daily operational activities.
Ensure production and packing processes follow established SOPs and quality standards.
Assist in stock counts, replenishment, and rotation of goods.
Assist in receiving, documenting, checking, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times.
Wash and clean pods thoroughly according to cleaning procedures before reuse or dispatch.- Logistics & Coordination
Ensure all dispatches are accurate, properly labeled, and documented.
Assist in the deployment of food packages into automated kiosks.
Support delivery route planning and ensure timely replenishment of kiosks.
Update and maintain operations and delivery records accurately.- Administrative Support
Support data entry and filing for inventory, delivery, and quality control documentation.
Report any issues, discrepancies, or equipment faults to the Operations Executive promptly.
Requirements
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties including cleaning and washing work.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, data entry, documentation).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work early morning through afternoon or afternoon through evening shifts (rotational).
Weekend and public holiday availability may be required.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in F&B operations, logistics, or supply chain support.
Experience in product packaging, loading/unloading, or route planning preferred.
Good to Have
SFA Food Hygiene Level 1 Certification.
Familiarity with inventory management or digital stock tracking systems.
Valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred, not required).
