Assistant Manager, Strategy and Market Intelligence

The Assistant Manager for the Strategy & Market Intelligence team is a pivotal role that supports the organization’s strategic direction and growth.

This individual will support senior members of the Strategy & Market Intelligence team in the following activities

• Monitor and evaluate business performance against organizational priorities
• Coordinate and provide Secretariat support for senior management meetings
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives

• Support study and development of strategic initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, modeling and projections, and synthesis of recommendations
• Support in socializing of strategic initiatives within the organization

• Monitor key industry trends and developments, competitor landscape evolvements including incumbents and new insurgents
• Leveraging new tools and technologies to improve efficiency of market intelligence collection
• Draw implications for the company

• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering
• Have strong ownership and motivation
• Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Have strong communication skills
• Be a proactive team player
