1. Brewing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks with speed and precision
2. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
3. Preparing food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and light snacks to complement the café's offerings
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and work areas are well-maintained
5. Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new menu items and customer service initiatives

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
2. An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality beverages and food items
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
4. A passion for coffee and a willingness to continuously learn and improve your craft
