*NEW* QA/ QC Lab Technician ($3,800 to $4,500) #NJA - Toa Payoh

The Job:

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products through sensory evaluation, physical assessments, and analytical testing to ensure they meet established specifications and standards
• Perform routine equipment checks, calibrations, and basic maintenance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of non-conformances, including customer complaints and internally or externally rejected items
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the QC laboratory to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of continuous improvement initiatives within QA/QC operations.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures and analytical methodologies
