Export and Import Logistics Coordinator
About the role
As an Export and Import Logistics Coordinator at Cleo Singapore Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in the efficient management of the company's import and export operations. Based in the Mandai Estate North Region, this full-time position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate multiple facets of the logistics process.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate the timely and accurate processing of export documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the importation of goods.
- Liaise with forwarders, banks, customers and suppliers.
- Planning and scheduling of shipments.
- Ensure goods exported are according to order requirements while maintaining records and reports.
- Coordination with warehouse.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely/reliable service.
- Good work attitude, efficient and meticulous.
- Experience in a similar logistics or import/export coordinator role will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Keen attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
