Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems (single phase / three phase)
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of UPS systems and related equipment
• Provide preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services
• Deliver after-sales technical support, including standby or after office hours support when required
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams for project coordination and issue resolution
• Manage warranty issues and coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers on technical matters
• Plan and schedule service and maintenance activities across multiple sites

For Senior / Managerial Level:

• Lead and manage a team of service engineers and technicians
• Oversee service operations, maintenance planning, and project execution
• Support sales team with technical expertise on critical power solutions
• Develop and improve SOPs, service processes, and operational workflows
• Monitor service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Engineer level (more experience required for Manager role)
• Experience with UPS systems / critical power equipment (e.g. UPS, batteries, generators, switchgear) is preferred
• Knowledge in testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
• Experience in project coordination or site-based work will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
