• We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

• Proven Social Media Management Experience - eg. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media accounts, supported by a portfolio showcasing engaging and creative content that resonates with target audiences.
• Video Editing Proficiency - eg. Skilled in using professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Capcut to produce polished and engaging video content.
• Creative and Storytelling Skills
• In-depth Social Media Platform Knowledge
• Effective Communication and Collaboration

• Brainstorm and develop creative content and strategies to increase engagement and reach on social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
• Break down complex business and technical concepts into digestible briefs for social media agencies.
• Oversee the end-to-end content production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production for both video and static content.
• Support in storyboarding, shooting and/or editing when necessary
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track the success of content and make data-driven decisions for future strategy adjustments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of content.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to optimise content performance.
