Pasir Ris - Software developer

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Core banking Functional analysts and provide expertise in Architecture and design.
• Part of the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Part of the end-to-end life cycle for the production of multiple applications
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Possess minimum of 6 years of experience in Technologies:- Java, Kafka, IBM-MQ, Oracle, Springboot, Linux/Unix shell scripting, React JS, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Python, Splunk.
• Must have excellent and extensive programming experience in Java, Springboot and Oracle;
• Must have working experience in Kafka nd IBM-MQ
• Must have hands on experience in CI-CD tools;
• Working experience in Agile methodology and associated tools like JIRA;
• UI development experience in React JS will be added advantage;
• Good to have working experience in Python and splunk;
• Good analytical skills;
• Experience in coding/debugging and error resolution;
• Knowledge in Banking Domain, ISO20022 payment message structure, Corporate banking payment and clearing systems (SWIFT , RTGS and ACH Payment) will be an advantage
