Warehouse Team Leader (Operations, Non-Office Role)

Overall Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Team Leader assists and supports the Supervisor in overseeing inbound and outbound operations and warehouse staff, including scheduling, onboarding, performance monitoring, and ensuring safe and efficient workflow aligned with company objectives.

• Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Safety & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Warehouse Operations & Order Fulfilment: Supervise accurate stock handling and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound orders.
• Team Supervision & Communication: Assist in training new staff, communicate daily priorities, and align the team with operational targets.
• Issue Resolution & Operational Control: Support the identification and resolution of warehouse issues and conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Education Requirement:
• “O” Level qualification or Certificate in Warehousing / Logistics Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing operations, with experience in supporting team lead or supervisory functions.
• Possess a valid Singapore Forklift Licence
• Experience in operating MHE equipment, including Reach Truck and VNA
• General Requirement:
• Provides support in team leadership and demonstrates good organizational capability
• Plans and coordinates daily tasks to ensure timely completion of warehouse operations
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
• Self-driven, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times
• Maintains accurate records and basic operational documentation
• Basic English literacy required to understand written and verbal workplace instructions and operational documentation.
• Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to maintaining workplace safety standards and compliance with company policies
• Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned
• Working day/ Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:45pm
• Sat: 8:30am to 12:45pm
