Toa Payoh - E-Commerce & Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are a toy distribution business seeking a proactive and hands-on E-Commerce & Operations Executive to manage our online store platforms, support day-to-day warehouse operations, and assist in local B2B deliveries. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both digital and physical operations and wants to grow in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer service across our online platforms: Company Website, Shopee SG, Lazada SG, Tiktok SG, Robinsons SG, Takashimaya SG, Isetan SG, Tangs SG and others.
• Liaise with platform account managers to ensure campaign participation and smooth operations.
• Fulfill daily online orders — including picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching parcels.

• Setup and manage new sales channels such as Amazon SG, and other new e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor sales trends and analytics; prepare reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Work in the warehouse to support packing and order preparation for both e-commerce and B2B sales.
• Assist the B2B sales team by preparing stock and supporting last-mile delivery.
• Drive the company van when required to fulfill delivery requests or collect goods.

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Approx. 35–40 hours per week
• Flexibility may be required during peak periods (e.g. sales events, festive seasons)

• Singaporeans or Singapore PR Only.
• Minimum Diploma in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual or auto)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and handling physical stock
• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify platforms is a plus

• Competitive salary: $2,300 – $3,000/month, commensurate with experience
• 5.5-day work week with reasonable hours
