- Train and guide massage therapists on proper techniques, service procedures, and customer service etiquette in line with Singapore service industry standards
- Conduct practical training for new therapists and evaluate their technical skills and service performance
- Ensure all therapists comply with Singapore hygiene, safety, and personal protection standards
- Monitor treatment quality and continuously improve overall service standards and customer satisfaction
