Service Technician/Coordinator

Job Summary

You will provide after-sales technical services including delivery, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of marine and industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.

• Deliver efficient after-sales technical services including equipment delivery and commissioning to meet customer requirements
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and service marine and industrial equipment and related parts to ensure operational reliability
• Produce timely, detailed service and inspection reports documenting work performed
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and protocols while organizing work areas for efficiency and safety
• Maintain appropriate service inventories to support timely repairs and servicing
• Coordinate service jobs and in-house repairs from initiation to completion to ensure smooth workflow
• Comprehend customer requirements and provide appropriate technical recommendations and briefings

• Higher NITEC in Electrical, Marine, Mechanical, or Mechatronic disciplines
• 3 to 5 years of experience servicing or maintaining marine and industrial equipment
• Experience servicing diesel engines, pumps, and geared motors, including compiling servicing and inspection reports
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and hands-on experience with machining processes such as turning, milling, and drilling
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin or Malay to communicate effectively with multilingual associates and clients
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate pedestrian trucks safely
• Team player with discipline and a positive work attitude
• Possession of Class 3 driving license
• Singapore or PR only
