Pharmacy Technician

About the role

We are established healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

• Preparing, labelling, and distributing prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Maintaining accurate patient records and medication inventories
• Assisting with the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceutical supplies
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to optimise workflow and improve patient outcomes

• Formal training and certification as a Pharmacy Technician, with a minimum of 2-3 year of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medication storage and handling, and inventory management
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
