Key Responsibilities
- Head of procurement Department
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement to meet project, budget, and schedule needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Evaluate quotations and provide clear commercial recommendations to management.
- Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and technical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead procurement staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
- Experience in preparing cost comparison analyses and presenting procurement recommendations.
