Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive customer traffic, increase sales, enhance brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, ideal for a professional who understands retail marketing, community engagement, and customer behaviour in a local market setting.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the business objectives (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Analyze local market trends, competition, and customer demographics to identify marketing opportunities.
• Plan seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and discount offers to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Develop and maintain a customer loyalty or rewards program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Track sales data and campaign performance metrics to evaluate ROI of marketing activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or small business environments.
• Experience with marketing, brand management, and community engagement is an asset.
