Sales Coordinator (Electrical Supply Chain Industry)

The company provides high-quality cables and accessories with over 20 years of experience in electrical supply chain solutions and is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator (Indoor) for a full-time, on-site role in Singapore to support quotations, order processing, customer coordination, and delivery follow-ups within a commercial distribution environment, with exposure to sales operations, project coordination, and logistics support.

Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB

Location: Redhill (Walking distance from Redhill MRT)

• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and order confirmations
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and account support
• Process and track sales orders through delivery completion
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Support outdoor sales activities and project coordination when required
• Maintain accurate sales and delivery records

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
• Experience in indoor sales or sales coordination
