About Our Client

Our client is specializing in wood product trade and sustainable timber-based real estate projects, they are a leader in integrating wood into residential, hospitality, and commercial developments across Southeast Asia.

• Identify opportunities: Scout and evaluate real estate development prospects in key Southeast Asian markets, including Singapore, India, and the Philippines.
• Lead projects: Manage end-to-end project development, from initial concept and planning through to sales, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Analyze market trends: Conduct thorough market and industry trend analysis, sharing valuable insights across teams and reporting to senior management.
• Foster partnerships: Collaborate with strategic partners and manage stakeholder relationships to drive project success and innovation.

• Educational background: Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Industry experience: Individuals with at least 5 years of experience in real estate development, bringing valuable insights to the role.
• Financial acumen: Professionals with solid knowledge of finance, accounting, and real estate-related legal frameworks.
• Architectural knowledge: Familiarity with architectural concepts or a background in architecture is advantageous but not required.
• Communication skills: Strong communicators who can effectively manage stakeholder relationships and drive project success.
