Responsibilities:
- Serve food & drinks
- Ensure outlet readiness and exceptional customer experience
- Recommend menu specials and promotional items to customers
- Responsible for opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness, quality control and inventory
- Provide timely feedback on operational issues
- Dial in espresso, latte art and various methods of coffee brewing
- Assist the Manager with daily operations and team supervision
- Train and guide team members to meet outlet standards
- Maintain high levels of food & coffee knowledge
- Oversee cash handling and ensure outlet cleanliness
- Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve results
- Take responsibility for inventory and provide operational feedback
- Professional communication skills are required
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Great passion and enthusiasm for customer service
- For Assistant Manager - 3-4 years of experience in F&B
- For Supervisor - 2–3 years of experience in F&B
