The firm is happy to sponsor to live and work in Singapore.Over the years this company has batted off attempts by firms such as Oliver Wyman and McKinsey, becoming a leader in competitor benchmarking services to global markets clients.
They work with most of the top banks and many of the tier 2 and 3 businesses.
They have grown to 300 people and are a market leader in their field.
We are looking for a talented markets individual to help continue to build and run relationships with the major banks in the region.
Doing this, you will work with indicators such as revenue performance, RonE, market share, brand perception and more...this gives clients a granular snapshot of 'where they are at' vs.
the competition.
This role would suit someone in global markets or transaction banking, either in a strategic of operational role e.g.
front office sales, client management, strategy, business management...
we are looking for someone who really makes a difference to the teams they work in.
Here, you will be working with a talented group of largely ex front office bankers from top banking names.
One USP for this particular team is the seniority you'll be working with; soon into the role you are plugged in to working with the EMEA and Global Heads of Product lines, strategy teams, COOs, Chief of Staff...there is a variety and seniority to it not found in many companies.

A subject matter expert in 1 or 2 areas of markets' products.Must have knowledge or experience of Corporate and Investment Banking markets: trends, Financial Services sector, specific competitors and their strengths; Preferred backgrounds where relevant experience is likely to have been gained are sales, client management, business management, strategy or the markets division of a major consulting firm e.g.
if you are an expert across FICC or Equities or Trade Finance and have a curiosity and passion for the broader markets, this would work well 2.
An ability to work with data- when you need to, able to deep dive into data sets, analyse trends and produce details powerpoints and reports for clients.
Entrepreneurial spirit
- this role will help develop the firm's products and you will help contribute to the ongoing evolution of them 4.
Excellent communications skills; to work internally and with clients both analysing their data, communicating results/key messaging and helping improve the performance model 5.
Long term relationship mindset; this is about building deep connections with senior people across banking; you will need to show how you have done this in prior roles Flexible working with 2-3 days in office.Over time, you can work from home more and more.
Base salary 75-105K depending on experience + Bonus average of 20%
