Construction Project Manager (A1 Building)

Our client, one of Singapore's established Japanese MNC A1 Main Con company, is seeking for talents for the position of Project Manager.

Working Hours : 5 Days (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Remuneration Package :

• Basic up to S$ 8,000
• Variable Bonus

Job Description :

• Review the project details thoroughly and develop a comprehensive master program and site facilities plan to align with the contractual schedule.
• Strategically plan the project budget, quality control measures, and manpower allocation to ensure compliance with both budgetary constraints and contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership to the project team, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and consultants to ensure high-quality work and workmanship.
• Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ regarding site budget planning, implementation of the safety management system, and maintenance of ISO documentation.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all team members, while communicating the project goals and reinforcing company policies.
• Collaborate with the WSHO Officer to establish a framework that ensures the site adheres to statutory regulations, including safety, ECM control, noise management, and vector control.

Job Requirements :

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Preferably possesses a minimum of 15 years of experience in Singapore, specifically in Residential Condominium, Factory, Office, and Warehouse projects, with at least one project undertaken in the capacity of a Project Manager
• Project Management experience in Grade A1 Buildings will be an added advantage
