Warehouse Supervisor (Contract Logistics)

Our Client:

• Logistics Industry, MNC
• Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Alps Ave (co tpt provided at various locations)
• UP $5000 Basic + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure daily warehouse operations meets expectation and delivery timeline and operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting requirements
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve company's, supplier's and customer's objectives
• Manage customer complaints and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and verify petty cash transactions and supplier invoices
• Manage manpower deployment, arrange for overtime, approve leave application, and schedule training for staff whenever required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 4 years of Supervisory experience in Warehousing Operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
• Singaporeans only
