Are you a digitally-savvy, data-curious marketer with a passion for AI and performance marketing? At OOm, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & AI Research Executive — a hybrid role at the intersection of competitive research, AI-powered insights, and digital campaign strategy.
You'll work closely with our Performance and Digital Marketing teams to uncover strategic opportunities, identify winning patterns in high-performing ads, and help drive campaign success through data, tools, and technology.- What You’ll Do:
- Competitor Research & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive research into Google and Meta Ads to uncover patterns behind top-performing campaigns.
- Analyze competitor ad strategies, funnel flows, offer positioning, and creative formats.
- Build tailored insight reports across multiple industries to support strategic planning.
- Maintain and update an internal competitor ad database for agency-wide use.
- AI Tools & Workflow Enhancement
- Explore and evaluate AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for marketing use cases.
- Recommend AI tools that can streamline campaign research, content ideation, and performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal productivity and automation using AI.
- Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with Digital Marketers and Performance Teams to provide strategic input based on research findings.
- Assist in campaign audits by analyzing underperforming assets and suggesting data-informed improvements.
- Use key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS) to support strategic decisions and testing recommendations.
- Internal Knowledge Building
- Help develop a centralized knowledge base of best practices, industry trends, and successful campaign elements.
- Support internal learning initiatives focused on AI, digital tools, and marketing frameworks (e.g. AIDA, Trust Funnel, PASO).
- Share new insights and findings with cross-functional teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
✅ What You Bring to the Table:
Performance Marketing Knowledge- Understanding of how ad funnels, creative structures, and strategic targeting affect campaign results.
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.
- Eagerness to explore emerging platforms that can support digital marketing workflows.
- Strong ability to analyze competitor ads and uncover patterns, angles, and creative structures.
- Comfortable turning data into actionable insights.
- Able to evaluate creative and campaign performance through both qualitative and quantitative lenses.
- Confident working alongside marketers, strategists, and designers to deliver well-researched strategic input.
- Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance research, or marketing analytics.
- Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta Ads Library, Google Ads Console.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SEMRush, SimilarWeb, AdEspresso, SpyFu, or other research tools.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred.
