Our esteemed client in the ICT industry is seeking a Secretary/ PA to Director to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Personal Assistant
  • Location: West
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the Director
  • Arrange travel, business itineraries, and accommodations
  • Assist with procurement tasks: sourcing, liaising with suppliers, and preparing quotations
  • Coordinate logistics and shipment with vendors and forwarders
  • Prepare meeting documents, business correspondence, and maintain proper filing
  • Facilitate communication across departments to support operational efficiency
  • Support research and documentation for product and service evaluations
  • Maintain discretion while handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • At least Nitec with minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling confidential information.
