Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a FP&A Manager to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east.

The FP&A Manager's responsible is:

Collaborate with department heads on annual budgeting and operational planning.
Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, and project performance analysis.
Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations to achieve business targets.
Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation through data analysis.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting.
Support preparation of investor reports with financial insights and business recommendations.
Assist in preparing materials for management and board meetings.
Contribute to process improvements and development of reporting tools to support decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting related field
Min 3 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing industry
Good stakeholder management skills
