Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer accounts, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s precision manufacturing capabilities. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, metal fabrication, engineering services, or industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in precision manufacturing and metal fabrication industries
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Promote the company’s laser cutting, bending, and welding services to prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings when required
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, engineering, metal fabrication, or industrial services
- Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD Software
- Possessing a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
