Head/Lead Product Manager - Geylang

Their products have large scale impact here in Singapore and will be solving complex problems.

• Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
• Conduct market research and Competitive Analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancement of existing products.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Define and tract key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analgise data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Passion for product development and a deep understanding of customer needs.
