Retail Store Manager

1. Manage all store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
2. Lead the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment for fans.
4. Train, motivate and schedule store staff.
5. Oversee stock levels and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
6. Execute in-store marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
7. Uphold company policies and brand standards.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in art-toy or IP merchandise.
2. Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
3. Result-oriented, responsible, and able to lead from the front.
4. Passion for gaming, anime, or pop culture is an important plus.
