Admin / Sales Support Executive

Working Location:Kakit bukit
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range: S$1,800 – S$2,500

Job Overview

The company is looking for a proactive and organized Admin / Sales Support Executive to assist in daily operations and support sales initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can handle administrative tasks efficiently while contributing to the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties

Handle daily administrative tasks: data entry, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
Manage communications via phone and email with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Prepare business documents—reports, invoices, quotations, etc.
Support scheduling for appointments and meetings, and assist HR and operations tasks as needed.

Sales Support Duties

Assist in engaging existing and potential customers regarding products and services.
Follow up on leads and support client relationship management.
Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and track sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.

Requirements

Minimum education: N/O Level or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in admin or sales support roles
